6.2 General Bonus Terms

- Each bonus offer can only be used once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.

- Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts or devices may result in account closure.

6.3 VIP Program
bi99's VIP program has five tiers, and a weekly cashback offer applies at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

7 Gameplay Rules
7.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the bi99 platform follow a Fair Play policy. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely independent and not predetermined.
7.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to network disconnection, power failure, or other technical reasons, bi99 will make every effort to restore the game state. However, claims of wins or losses due to technical errors may not be accepted.
If an abnormal result occurs due to a bug or error in the game software, that game will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
7.3 Betting Limits
